•Mr. N. P. Panchal (Director) is the pioneer in manufacturing Ophthalmic medical equipments since year 1990. Arrived in Ahmedabad city from Partapur, Rajasthan in 1980 started his carrier with Suzi Dental (Manufacturer of Dental chairs & stands) worked as a head of research and development for 10years. After couple of partnership ventures he decided to start his own in year 2013 with his two young sons.

•Mr. Tarun Panchal (Director) is Mechanical Engineer and worked at previous venture of Mr. N. P. Panchal for 5years looking after Marketing, business development and administration. He is young, spontaneous and dynamic personality helping business grow like lotus.

•Mr. Dhaval Panchal (Director) is managing procurement for the business also young and modern personality.

•Mr. Vikram Darji (President) is also associated with Mr. Panchal since his first venture 1990. Now looking after overseas business from our office Neotech Medical Systems, USA.
